DAY 1

On arrival your guide will meet you and transfer you by road to the Wasai Puerto Maldonado hotel on the banks of the Madre De Dios River. Here you will prepare to board your boat for the four hour transfer into the forest with a picnic box is provided. On arrival you will settle into your comfortable room and have time to explore. We also take time for rest and preparation of the tackle for the next days fishing. Lunch and dinner included.

DAYS 2 AND 3

Breakfast at the Lodge and departure to the fishing spots. Full day of fishing, at Baltimore rapids. Lunch at the lodge. By evening fishing for Catfish. Return by night to the lodge.

DAYS 4

Early breakfast at the Lodge and departure to the fishing spots in the Collpa Area. Full day of fishing in the different spots in the area, using lures and baits. The mates will arrange the camping area while the group take lunch. Evening fishing for catfish and Pacu. Dinner with barbecue.


DAYS 5

Breakfast at the camp, fishing in the area with a mix of baits and lures for Payara, Catfish and Pacu. By midday arrival to Wasai Lodge to take lunch. Fish the afternoon at Baltimore rapids and return by evening to the lodge.


DAYS 6

Early breakfast and fish in the Baltimore rapids while the mates load our boat for the return to Puerto Maldonado where you check into the Wasai hotel. Relaxing evening or a night out on the town.

DAYS 7

After an early breakfast you will be transferred to the airport in Puerto Maldonado to return to Lima.
